Cleaners Manchester("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. We provide cleaning services across Greater Manchester. You can contact us about privacy at office@cleanersmanchester.uk or 07520 650661.

We only collect what we need to quote for and deliver cleaning:

• Quote form: your name, phone number, email (if given), postcode and any message you send us.
• Analytics: anonymous-level usage data (pages viewed, rough location, device) via Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies.
• Technical logs: standard server logs (e.g. IP address) kept briefly by our hosting and email providers for security and reliability.

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To arrange and carry out the cleaning you book.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it (analytics only).

We never sell your data, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.

We rely on consent for analytics cookies (you can decline), and on taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries for the information you send through the quote form.

We use Google Analytics to measure traffic. These cookies are not set unless you click "Accept"on the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are stored. To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.

We use a small number of trusted providers (processors) to run the site and reach you:

• Vercel, website hosting.
• Cloudflare, DNS and email routing (forwarding messages sent to our address).
• Resend, sending the quote-request email to us.
• Google, analytics, only with your consent.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and our records, then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to Google's retention settings.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at office@cleanersmanchester.uk.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
