When should the after-builders clean happen?
Once the trades are genuinely finished. If work is still ongoing, dust just comes back — we're happy to do a builders' clean now and a final sparkle once everything's done.
Do you remove paint and plaster spots?
Yes, along with adhesive, silicone and grout haze on new surfaces, and protective film and stickers from new fittings. We're careful around freshly-painted and delicate finishes.
Do you take away building waste?
We clear cleaning debris and packaging. Skip-level rubble and large waste removal is separate — tell us in advance and we'll advise.
