Will this get my deposit back?
The clean removes cleaning as a reason for deductions, which is the most common one. We work to the inventory check-out standard and re-clean free within 48 hours if the report flags our work. We can't influence wear-and-tear or damage findings, but the cleaning side will be done properly.
Are carpets included?
Vacuuming is included; a full carpet shampoo is an add-on. If your inventory logged the carpets as professionally cleaned at move-in, it's usually worth adding — if it didn't, you probably don't need it, and we'll say so.
How soon can you come?
We build the clean around your hand-back date and can often fit move-out and void cleans at short notice. Tell us the deadline when you book.
I'm a student in Fallowfield — when should I book?
As early as you can for late June and July. The whole student belt hands keys back in the same fortnight, so slots go quickly.
Do you cover deposit schemes and disputes?
