Frequently asked questions
Do I get the same cleaner every week?
Yes. We match you with one cleaner and keep them on your visit so you're not re-explaining the place each time. If they're ever off sick or on holiday, we'll tell you in advance and arrange cover.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
Your choice. Our cleaners can bring everything, or use your own products if you prefer particular ones — handy if anyone in the home has allergies or you like a specific brand.
Do I have to be home?
No. Most regular clients give us a key or a code so the clean happens while they're at work. Keys are logged and held securely.
Are you insured and vetted?
